They do what they promise! Had an after hours furnace issue on a very cold night. Chiassons was the ONLY place to answer their "24/7 Emergency" number. I called many places and most did not answer and didn't even have a way to leave a message. Of the few I was able to leave a message for only ONE ever called me back. Unfortunately for them it was 20 minutes after I called Chiassons and spoke w/ the owner immediately. Someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. It took a couple trips to keep the furnace running but they eventually got it and always responded right away. When I replace this old furnace guess who I'll stop in to see FIRST?
